This dish is a favorite at Chinese Buffets and is perfect for parties. Made with frozen cooked clams and a variety of vegetables, it's quick and easy to prepare.

1: Start by soaking your clams in cold water while you prep your vegetables and sauce. 2: Dice your onion, cut your green onions, slice your jalapeño, ginger, and mince your garlic. Set it all aside. 3: To make the sauce, combine all the ingredients listed 'for the sauce' in a small bowl. Set aside. 4: Drain and clean your clams 2 additional times. Drain and set aside. 5: In a large wok, add 2 tbsp cooking oil over high heat. 6: Once smoking, add your ginger slices and jalapeño. Sauce for 30 seconds. Add the diced onion and garlic. Saute for 1 minute. 7: Add your clams and cook for 1 minute. 8: Add your sauce mixture. Cook for 3 minutes over high heat. 9: Add your sliced green onions and turn off the heat. 10: Garnish with cilantro and black pepper. Serve hot!
